Welcome to Vertex Exam. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vertex Exam mobile application and website (vertexexam.in). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Services Overview

Vertex Exam provides an AI-powered educational platform designed for competitive exam preparation (including but not limited to HSSC, CET, SSC, and Banking). Services include mock tests, practice sets, previous year questions (PYQs), performance analytics, and AI-driven mentorship.

2. User Registration & Security

• Eligibility: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• WhatsApp Authentication: We use WhatsApp-based OTP for secure login. By registering, you consent to receive automated authentication messages via WhatsApp.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your premium account with others is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

3. AI Assistant & Insights ("Ask Vini")

Our platform features an AI assistant and AI-driven insights to help improve your readiness.

• Guidance Only: AI insights, weak area analysis, and doubt resolutions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, these should be treated as guidance and not as absolute academic fact.
• User Conduct: Users must not use the AI chat for sharing illegal, offensive, or non-educational content.

4. Educational Content & Questions

• Content Accuracy: Questions and solutions are curated based on official exam patterns. However, Vertex Exam does not guarantee that the exact same questions will appear in actual government exams.
• Intellectual Property: All mock tests, question banks, and AI-generated insights are the intellectual property of Vertex Groups. Copying, distributing, or scraping our content is a legal offense.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

• Strict No-Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Since our product consists of digital content that is instantly accessible, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the payment is successful.
• Subscription Validity: Your plan will remain active for the duration specified (e.g., 30 days for a monthly plan). Access will automatically expire unless renewed.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using any automated system (bots, crawlers) to extract data from the app.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the AI algorithms or the application code.
• Posting spam or irrelevant links in the Community section.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vertex Exam and Vertex Groups shall not be liable for any failure in exam results, technical glitches, or server downtime. We provide the tools for preparation, but the final outcome of any competitive exam depends solely on the user's performance.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you are found violating any of these terms, including account sharing or content piracy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rewari, Haryana.
