Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Vertex Exam for your competitive exam preparation. We strive to provide the best mock tests, study materials, and AI mentorship. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any premium plans or subscriptions (such as our monthly subscription).
1. Strictly No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Because Vertex Exam provides digital goods and services (mock tests, AI insights, and study materials) that are instantly accessible upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.
- We do not provide refunds for partial usage, accidental purchases, or if you change your mind after buying the subscription.
- We highly recommend that users thoroughly review the test details, syllabus, and free mock tests (if available) before committing to a premium purchase.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
If you are enrolled in an auto-renewing premium plan (e.g., a monthly subscription), you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, canceling a subscription does not grant a refund for the current billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap on your Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
- Find and tap on the Vertex Exam subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: You will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Double Deductions or Technical Failures
While our payment gateway (Google Play Billing) is highly secure and reliable, rare technical glitches may occur resulting in a double deduction.
- If your bank account is charged but the premium features are not unlocked in the app, please wait 24-48 hours as the transaction may automatically reverse to your original payment method.
- If the amount is deducted twice for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded by Google Play automatically. You can check your Google Play account's order history for status.
4. Changes to This Policy
Vertex Groups reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app and on our website.
