1. What do I get with VertexExam Premium?

VertexExam Premium unlocks AI Mentor access, premium practice features, and more personalized recommendations designed for regular exam preparation.

2. How do Premium and AI Coin purchases work on Android?

All digital purchases inside the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing only. The app waits for server verification before unlocking Premium or adding AI Coins.

3. I paid successfully but access or coins did not update yet. What should I do?

Please reopen the app with an active internet connection and log in again if needed. VertexExam retries pending Google Play purchase verification so that successful purchases can be restored safely from the backend.

4. Can I buy AI Coins more than once?

Yes. AI Coins are consumable purchases, so you can purchase them multiple times. New coins are added to your existing balance only after Google Play verification succeeds.

5. Where can I see my active plan and remaining AI Coins?

Open the Profile page in the Android app to see your Premium status, validity date, and current AI Coin balance.

6. How do refunds or subscription cancellations work?

Refund and cancellation handling for Android digital purchases follows Google Play policies. You can use the Refund / Cancellation Help option in the Profile page for more guidance.

7. What if I am unable to log in or the app shows an API connection issue?

Make sure your internet connection is stable and try again after reopening the app. If the issue continues, use Contact Support and share a screenshot of the error for faster help.

8. Will my mock tests, mentor history, and community activity remain safe after upgrading?

Yes. Your account data, mock attempts, mentor usage, and community activity stay linked to your VertexExam account. Purchasing Premium does not reset your preparation history.
